Custom Designs & Made-to-Order Pieces:

  • Processing and production typically take 14–30 business days, depending on design complexity, stone selection, and metal type.

  • You will receive updates at each stage of the customization process.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped insured for their full value.

United States Shipping:

  • Standard Insured Shipping (3–5 business days)

  • Next Day Insured Shipping (1–3 business days)

  • Custom Order Insured Shipping (14-30 business days)

🔒 Signature Requirement

For your protection and to prevent theft or misdelivery:

  • Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
