At Briche Co., we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason your purchase isn’t perfect for you, our return policy is designed to be fair, straightforward, and respectful of the craftsmanship behind each piece.
🧾 1. Return Timeframe
You may return most unworn, non-custom jewelry items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. The day your order is delivered counts as Day 1.
📦 2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn and in the original condition you received it.

All original packaging, certificates, boxes, and documentation must be included.

Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or refund.
💎 3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Email our Support Team at support@bricheco.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will send you a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

Return shipping must be initiated within 3 business days of receiving authorization.
📬 4. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise specified, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend insured and trackable shipping — Briche Co. is not responsible for lost or uninsured return packages.
💰 5. Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If your original method cannot be refunded (e.g., third-party payment plan), a store credit will be issued.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect.
🔁 6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges online. If you wish to exchange for a different item, simply return your original item for refund or credit and place a new order.
🛡️ 7. Defective or Damaged Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost.
📍 8. Warranty
All fine jewelry from Briche Co. includes a 1-year craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, resizing, or wear and tear.
⚠️ 9. Cancellation Policy
Once your order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you change your mind after the order ships, return it under our standard return policy — as long as it has not been worn.
