Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn and unused, with no signs of wear

  • All tags, certificates, and accessories must be included

  • Item must be in its original packaging

  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at support@bricheco.com.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item

We will review the situation and work to make it right, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the case.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of fine jewelry, some items cannot be returned:

  • Custom pieces, limited edition, and made-to-order designs

  • Engraved or personalized items

  • Items that have been resized, altered, or modified after purchase

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item.

  2. Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the item you prefer.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund
